·      Exercise if not doing physical labour
·      Weapon and defense training

·      Procreation – teach children about harsh realities of the world
·      Security
           o   Everyone in equal standing, shared power, everyone’s useful
           o    A TRUE SENSE OF COMMUNITY IS THE BEST DEFENSE AGAINST THE WALKING DEAD
